HELP AT THE TABLE

Get Help Mid-Spin from 3999bed

A live wheel can stall, a cash-in can sit pending, or a rule can read oddly the first time you see it. Our support desk handles all three without sending you back to the lobby. Chat opens from the table itself, and the round ID on your account wallet is the first thing we trace. Players in Dhaka get the same thread when they come back later on a bigger screen.

Table Chat

Wheel freezes or an unexpected dealer change: open chat from the table and send the round ID from your account wallet. We check the studio side and answer in the same thread.

Cash-In Not Showing

Sent money from bKash, Nagad or Rocket and the balance has not moved? Paste the transaction ID from your wallet app into chat and we trace it against your account before your next spin.

Rule Questions

Ask what La Partage does to your stake, what a neighbour bet covers, or which wheel carries the double zero. We answer in plain English instead of reading the layout card back to you.

Open a 3999bed Wheel and Check Three Things

Our Roulette Spinners lobby is built around three things you can check before you place a chip. First, the wheel type: European wheels carry a single zero, American wheels add the double zero, and French tables keep La Partage and En Prison where the studio deals them. Second, the studio: live wheels arrive from Evolution and Pragmatic Play, while Roulette Speedway runs

as a faster draw inside the same tab. Third, the limits, printed on each table card before you sit down. Outside bets, neighbour bets and call bets all follow the table's own layout. Where a provider publishes RTP, the figure sits on the game panel.

HOW WE RUN IT

Check the Numbers Behind Each Wheel

We keep the Roulette Spinners tab honest by showing what the table actually is. Each card lists the wheel type, the number of zeros, the studio dealing it and the chip spread, so nothing changes after you sit down. Live results come from the studio's own draw and land in your round history, not in a banner. Where a provider publishes RTP, we show that figure as it is; where it does not, we leave the space empty rather than fill it with a guess.

Wheel Type on Every Card

Each Roulette Spinners table card names the wheel, the zero count and the studio before you sit. European, American and French layouts are separated so you are not guessing which rules apply.

Studio-Side Results

Live wheels are dealt on Evolution and Pragmatic Play tables, and the number that drops is the studio's result, not ours. It posts to your round history straight after the ball settles.

Round History You Can Reopen

Every spin, stake and settlement sits in your account wallet, so a disputed payout can be checked the next morning. Open the round and the wheel, the bet and the result are all there.

RTP Where It's Published

We do not quote our own return figures. If a provider publishes RTP for a wheel, the number appears on that game's panel; if it does not, the panel stays blank.

Spin Terms You'll See on the Racetrack

Roulette has its own vocabulary, and half of it comes from French. The six terms below are the ones that come up most often on our table cards and in the chat queue. Read them once and the layout reads like a map rather than a grid of numbers.

What is La Partage?

A French roulette rule that returns half your even-money stake when the ball lands on zero. It applies to outside bets such as red or black, not to straight numbers.

What does En Prison mean?

Instead of taking half your stake on zero, the table holds the whole even-money bet for the next spin. Win that round and the stake comes back without a payout.

What is a neighbour bet?

A bet on a group of numbers sitting beside each other on the physical wheel, not on the layout. You name a number and the dealer covers it plus the slots either side.

What is the double zero?

The extra pocket on an American wheel, marked 00 and sitting opposite the single zero. It makes 38 pockets in total, so the house edge sits higher than on a European wheel.

What is a call bet?

A bet announced out loud rather than placed with chips on the layout, usually on the racetrack section. The dealer places it for you once the amount is confirmed.

What is the racetrack?

A curved strip printed beside the main grid that mirrors the order of numbers around the wheel. It exists so you can place neighbour and call bets without naming every pocket.

Answers Before You Open a Wheel

Before you open a wheel, a few practical things are worth knowing: how the account behaves on a phone, where your cash-in lands, and what happens when a live round drops. The answers below are the ones our chat queue gets about Roulette Spinners, written the way we would explain them at a table rather than in rule-book language. If your question is not here, table chat is one tap from any wheel.

Yes. The whole Roulette Spinners tab loads in a phone browser, and your account, wallet balance and round history stay the same when you switch to a bigger screen later. No second login.

Start with a European wheel. Thirty-seven pockets and a single zero keep the rules simple, while American wheels add the double zero and French tables add La Partage or En Prison.

Open bKash, Nagad or Rocket, send to the number shown at the cashier, and confirm with your wallet PIN. The amount lands in your account wallet and is ready for the table.

They do. Live tables and Roulette Speedway draw from the same account wallet, so you can leave a dealer table mid-session and take a spin round without moving money between balances.

The studio either settles or voids that round, and the outcome lands in your round history. Send us the round ID in chat if the entry does not match what you saw.

Yes. Our cricket markets, including BPL and international fixtures, sit behind the same login as Roulette Spinners, so you can check a match line without opening a separate account.
